Ok, here's a weird one...

The school library is closing down in order to come back bigger and better than ever.

Part of the close-down has morphed into culling and de-cluttering. Getting rid of old, irrelevant books.

Someone came across a copy of 'The Jolly Postman' (a story with letter/envelope inserted into some pages) and thought DD might like it. (This is a senior school library, so not sure why a pre-school book was in there!)

She LOVES it!

But, two of the letters are missing.

I have made up some letters (one is to the wicked witch in Hansel and Gretel and one is to Goldilocks) but was wondering if I could find out what the original letter were.

So, a long-shot, but does anyone have a copy or know where I can find out what the original letters said?

having said that, I am super busy the next couple of days so if someone else jumps in and helps first I won't mind

The jolly postman is definitely still in print and widely available - ask at your local bookstore and they should have it!

Have a copy as well, so let me know if you need a copy of the letters. My niece and children loved that book and I think there a couple of other books with letters.
