I'm whipping up a Thai green curry using *gasp* store bought paste for DH and his mate.
On the jar it says to add 2 tsp of fish sauce. I don't have any left. I've never used jar paste before, will it matter much taste wise if I skip the fish sauce? I have time to duck to the supermarket but would rather not. TIA |

I never add fish sauce to mine when using paste.

Nah, it'll be fine. Pop in some soy sauce if it needs more salt.
