I have decided to start a blog. Primarily to keep myself accountable on my lifestyle change. I am not expecting to get many (any) readers but have enjoyed writing in the past so thought it might be fun. What blogging platforms would you recommend? It needs to be easy to use, easy to upload photos and a drafting tool would be good too. Looking forward to hearing people's suggestions and tips on blogging

I use Blogger for mine because it was the only free one when I started. I think Wordpress might be free now but I'm not sure if it is as user friendly

It depends what you want to do with it - WordPress has a lot more options/plug-ins if you ever want to turn it professional and see detailed viewer statistics, link-backs, search engine stuff etc.
WP and Blogger both have draft ability, and you can get apps that let you blog straight from your phone (with photos, formatting, etc). Have fun! |

Thank you for the tips all. I am not keen on paying at the moment as it will more thankfully be a phase I go through and forget about. 😄
