Anyone used it before? There's a deal here, though not sure if it's worth taking the plunge and getting two bottles

Yep I use a BB cream which was given to me as a gift. If I am feeling lazy I just put on my moisturiser and BB cream before going out. It's like light foundation with sunscreen. When I run out of my bottle though I'm not planning to stock up again, if I have foundation, seems pointless to have BB cream.

I use the garnier bb cream and I love it.
Maybe try the garnier first as its only like $12 for a bottle and see if you like it. |

I don't know this brand but you can buy the garnier stuff in the supermarket on special for about $10. I'd try this first and see if you like it. Personally my skin needs better coverage and so I prefer foundation but it's nice for holidays.

I've used this brand (i think its a korean brand) and found it quite thick and oily. I agree with PP - get the garnier one and see how you find it. They have an oil free version as well as a standard one.

I used to, then I switched to the cancer councils tinted facial sunscreen.
A BB cream is a tinted moisturiser with sunscreen, the Cancer Council stuff is a tinted sunscreen with moisturiser. The only real difference is the SPF. I must admit though, before I found the Cancer Council stuff I loved BB cream, you got a sheer foundation, a facial moisturiser and your sunscreen in the one product so instead of applying three creams you were only applying one! |

I love the Rimmel BB cream I find it very thick though so use a makeup foundation Napoelon brush to apply and it looks flawless on and my skin doesn't sweat under it. Wears well all day.

That sounds really good, going to have a look at colours, currently have the Garnier on, which is good, but I switched to the oil control version and it seems much thinner coverage than the orginal. |

I used to use the garnier BB cream but it used to make my eyes water however the new one for combination - oily skin is much better for my skin and does not upset my eyes at all. I have a nice finish all day. It is light and just covers me enough that it looks nice and natural and yet for evenings out I can still just have it on and add on some pressed powder and other evening makeup.
Since using this I have not used a proper foundation at all! |
