Anyone used it? Anyone know anything about the science behind it?

Did it work for you (if not, did you follow all the instructions exactly?)

You can get them on eBay for around $35-40 so not too expensive, they are hugely expensive in Australia though!

I assume that to claim what they do there must be some backing or otherwise it would be false advertising?!

I followed the instructions to the letter, no question.

I got a clear boy result.

After 3 girls what were the chances?!

They have about a 50% chance of being correct despite them saying otherwise.
A waste of money IMO.
You only have a very short time to wait these days if you want to be more certain of gender, it makes me wonder how the heck we ever survived not being able to find out at all unless we had an amniocentesis?

I used it and it was correct, but did it more for the fun than anything - I think the 'science' is totally shonky! I went to have a gender scan at the clinic who is behind the intelligender, and they had thirty or forty piled up in their refund box because they got it wrong!

Their website uses phrases like "may indicate" and "semi-accurate" embedded in some fairly clever writing which doesn't actually promise anything.

In a singleton pregnancy you have a 50% chance of being right no matter what you do. I'd say you should save your money and hang your wedding ring on a necklace over your bump/wee on a cup of Draino/ask your psychic Auntie Meg. The result will also be "semi-accurate" and a lot less expensive.

The science is shonky, my DH has seem their paperwork when they tried to get it approved as a medical device and it was turned down because it is a load of crap! Don't waste your money.
