Hi! Just did a test with first response. Late in the day had water and coffee to get my wee wee on! Test shows a faint positive line but darker at one end. Pamphlet says negative would show no trace of positive line. Should I get excited?

Did it come up within 10 minutes? Is it the same colour as the control (ie not grey)? If yes to these then I would get excited! Can you post a pic for us to see?!

I had the exact same thing with a FR test, there was clearly a second line, but it was darker up the top then faded at the bottom shrug.gif Did another FR today and a digital and I am definitely pregnant grin.gif So I would say congrats are in order for you too!!
I'd test again tomorrow if you have another one just to be sure, but I would say you have a BFP original.gif

Yep!
I'd get excited, do another one first thing in the morning tomorrow and it should be even darker assuming you are pg!

I got my BFP with a Fr test stick on Fri last week which was one day past my late period and it was relatively dark but has only gotten darker the more I've tested!

Pretty much with FR they are the most accurate tests and even the faintest line probably means early pregnancy or implantation. Congrats! original.gif

Post us a pic to be sure biggrin.gif

Just woke up for test number 2. Result is the same line is still faint but more constant ie not fading out at one end. Calling doctor as soon as they open.

Yep, that's exactly what my lines were like, using the same brand test on the same days you did. I'm now 34 weeks. Good luck at the doctors and hope it all goes well for you!
