The older Bickie gets, the less she looks like a full Labrador. People at the dog park have been having great fun lately trying to work out what her dad was. Her mum was a beautiful black lab (picked up by the pound heavily pregnant and not microchipped) and all pups were solid black or gold.

She just looks too fine and her legs are too long compared to "typical" lab puppies of similar age. Her chest seems too narrow too. So far the guesses have included ridgeback, beagle (have had a few say beagle but I don't see it), greyhound, golden retriever and kelpie. It doesn't really matter to me, I'm just curious as to what her dad might have been. What do you all think?

Here she is today, at almost 5 months (please excuse the hind leg favoring - she got taken out by a staff cross wolfhound at the dog park today and got hurt quite badly sad.gif )
