I have been asked to be a bridesmaid for a wedding and we have been asked to pick our own- the guidlines are something in the cobalt/aqua blue range, roughly knee length with a business style feel. I am a size16-18 and want something flattering (so not overly form fitting as I would rather skim over those areas!). Can anyone please point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, how long do you have available before the wedding? I ordered my matron of honour's dress for my wedding from website www.lightinthebox.com - very apprehensively I might add! It turned out to be a beautiful, well-made and well-fitting dress - it was quite a tailored style too, as my matron of honour was in her 50s and she wanted something flattering and "problem-area" disguising. We put her custom measurements in, which cost a little more, but landed in Australia total cost of the dress (in a lovely matt silk) was just over $120. Took about two weeks from order to arrival.
Good luck, hope you find something fantastic.

These are my picks - super flattering for a curvy figure - make sure you have GREAT underwear, will round your curves and enhance your bust line.

Check the sizing chart - get your good underwear on and have someone measure you so you know what size you'll be in a particular range (clothing sizes varies HUGELY with different brands)

It is not until spring so I have enough time to order something online. Sorry I should have added that to the original post.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, I love your one fancie and am off to look at the light in the box website.
