Hello, we are ttc at the moment, and I am having some fun, thinking up baby names original.gif. We have had 3 girls names picked out, for a long time, and I can't see us budging on them. The names are Annika, Imogen and Miranda.......Dp's favourite is Annika, but I love them all equally, and can't really see any negative associations, apart from Picnic at hanging rock, and Miranda soft drink, which don't really bother me. So, what order would you rate these names?.....last name is Lee, if that helps. Thank you original.gif

I know a newborn Miranda and I love the name, my favourite of the three.

Like Imogen.

Dislike Annika.

If a cat doesn't like you, then what's wrong with you?
Annika, then Miranda. I don't really like Imogen but it's not bad.

LOVE Miranda.
Imogen & Annika are nice names but I'm not specially drawn to them.
I think they all go nicely with your surname original.gif

Love Miranda. The Hanging Rock reference is a nice one, in my opinion. She was such an ethereal beauty.

I also love Imogen. It has the same romantic feel.

Personally I'm not keen on Annika. In my mind it conjures up a tennis player, and I'm a bit anti-sport wink.gif

1. Miranda

2. Imogen

3. Annika

I can't fault Miranda. Imogen is a great name but a teensy bit too popular for me. Annika's appropriation into Anglophonia has done it a disservice in my view.
