We are tossing up between the Maclaren Quest or the Maclaren Techno xt.

The techno xt costs extra but is it worth it?

We haven't used our expensive bigger pram since getting the techno xt, because we love it! It has everything we need and I love that it reclines all the way so DD slept in it when she was younger. Fits in the back of our small car, and has been great for travel.

It really depends if you want full recline.

The Quest is a tad smaller and does not fully recline.

As mentioned by PP the Techno is a fantastic stroller. My 15 month old has used it since newborn stage.

It is very comfy for naps for older babies as well as being suitable for newborns.

Either way I don't think you will be disappointed.

Our quest fully reclines, it is lighter than the techno and because we travel a lot that is what we went for. Quite happy although I think the techno has adjustable handles and height wise this would have been better for DH

The new Quest does fully recline. Older model didn't go totally flat like the Vogue and Techno does.

If it is a stroller for quick shopping trips and for travel, I would go the Quest. If it's going to become your full time stroller, go for the Techno.

I have had both but now use a Baby Jogger City Mini GT as I love the fold and with a 2.5 yr olds hand to hold while 1 yr old is in the pram, I find the single bar type handle easier to steer with than the two individual handles you have on a Maclaren. Hope that makes sense!
