Our house is fitted out with gorgeous dark grey 60cm porcelain tile with a very shiiiiiiinnyy finish... it's beautiful, but how to clean?
To date I do it in two steps - first a 'swiffer' damp mop, then a dry off with something dry like a towel (otherwise we get water beading). It comes up beautifully this way but its kind of time consuming. I've had a few friends suggest a steam mop but not sure how these work and more importantly if they too will need a two-step thing (eg dry off afterwards) Oh yeah and I love this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCDIYvFmgW8 |

My guess is the water marks from a steam mop wouldn't be as pronounced, but you'd still need to dry the floor afterwards for a polished-looking finish.
