Which way do you wear them, bumpy side down or up? Is there a right or wrong way? Just curious.

I saw a picture someone had posted on FaceBook about this today and can't believe after all these years I've put them in wrong lol! Up until today the bumpy side would have been up but I'll change them the next time I put them in one of the girl's hair.......

Bumpy side down. If you put it up, the bend at the end sticks up and looks fuuny.

OMG! I always do bumpy side up too! And it always annoyes me the the bend sticks up but thought the other way was wrong!! Funny the littlest things.

The flat side of the pin sits against the scalp. You open the pin up and use the straight side to glide into the hair.
