Hi
Just wondered if anyone has taken red raspberry leaf tea to help conceive? I used it in the last few weeks of my last pregnancy but not at the conception part..have googled it and they have said it does help..I'm on metformin to help and help lose weight, vitex, and elevit and taking evening primrose ..any feed back would be greatly appreciated xx

I've never heard of it being used for conception. I only drank it towards the end of my pregnancies. Sorry I'm not much help, hopefully someone will know and respond soon.

I don't belong here but I can't see how it would hurt to try. I take it year-round as a women's tonic of sorts. It's great stuff. Good for milk supply too, if you're breastfeeding .....

I drink it ttc and it hasn't done a thing!I know as soon as you do conceive you must stop immediately

I have heard it is good to help conceive as it it an all rounder healthy drink, helps strengthen your uterine muscles and is safe throughout pregnancy and even recommended while breastfeeding, as is it helps in milk production and adds extra nutrients to the milk aswelll

Thanks everyone..I would stop once I knew I was pregnant..we have been trying for the past 3 yrs I'm hoping it may help this time
