I think (I don't know for sure though!) that you could have an ultrasound about 5.5 weeks and you should be able to see the sac somewhere. I had an ultrasound at 5w6d for suspected ectopic and you could see the sac, baby and a very tiny heartbeat. I would assume even a couple of days earlier they would be able to see that the sac is correctly positioned.

Good luck with it!

After my ectopic I was feeling very much the same way. I had my BHCG bloods done every couple of days (3 collections) and saw the levels rising. I also had a scan done at 6 weeks to confirm that baby was in the uterus and was also away from the old ceaser scar.

As you can see all has gone well and we are waiting for our precious baby to join us soon.

Hoping all goes well for you.

Congratulations!!

I was super scared and nervous too during my 1st trimester, and was getting my blood done every week till about week 8.

I would suggest doing HCG blood tests and an early scan as well.
Hope this pregnancy goes well for you,

No ectopic, but 3 miscarriages before this pregnancy, so I understand the fear very well.

I really hope all goes well for you this time original.gif Congratulations!

Think it's going to be the quickest preg I have had! Tested again this morn and 2 more positives but the lines were lighter then last night. Now I have some spotting. I am due for af tomorrow so I think I will get it and miscarry!
