DD has tonnes of little toys - Squeakies, LPS, lalaloppsy, My little Pony, Polly Pocket etc. At the moment they are in separate bags but I want a bit more order for them.
Does anyone have a great system for storing little toys/figurines?? Thanks in advance!! |

Small plastic baskets. The cheap ones in the storage section at Woolies are excellent. They can stack inside each other if they are not overly full and then be stacked on a shelf. They come in a range of sizes so you can get sets that suit the different toys.

I'm cheap and use old boxes - small ones that parcels come in in the mail, old shoeboxes, anything really. Even have some tiny toys in huge vitamin jars (think economy pack of blackmores pregnancy vitamins!).
DS likes painting the boxes too, I'm sure if he was more craft-inclined we could decorate them with pictures of the relevant toys from catalogues. The various boxes, jars etc then get kept on shelves in his wardrobe. |

We have a few ikea Trofast units that fit slide in plastic tubs small medium and large. Little toys go in the little tubs, medium in the medium tubs and large toys go in the large tubs!
