Name of dessert, Help please

I have the worst chemo brain today and for the life of me I can't think of the name of the dessert I want to make for DH. It's the creamy one you do in little pots and then use a blow torch to make the top all crunchy and caramelised. Help please, what the bloody hell is it called?? Julie
