TMI Alert!!

OK my 4 year old has been able to retract his foreskin for a few months now,the 1st time he did it in the bath and we were a bit shocked, he has always had sensitive foreskin and has needed creams, to ease irritation, now that he was able to pull it back and clean properly and is using the toilet it hasn't been much of an issue.

the 1st time he pulled it back the skin seem very tight behind the head of the penis and the underneath skin that could now be seen was red, I wasn't sure t the time if that was normal but thought I would wait until he complained which he hadn't, but tonight he pulled it all the way back and this time it is stuck and wont come back!

so now I am searching the web trying to find a solution!

Does anyone know whats going on?

Sounds like a trip to the emergency department to me.

If you can't get it to come back down, I think it is a real problem that requires medical intervention.

You need to call nurse on call, but my advice would be to see a doctor tonight (after hours clinic or emergency). That's what I've been told and read - my son did similar recently but I was able to get it back myself. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
