I am hoping for some insight as to when things might return to 'normal'.

After my early mc in December I feel I have been on a constant merry-go round of spotting and AF. I think there have only been just over two weeks where I have not had some sign of bleeding.

I know I did ovulate this month on CD 16, which gave me some hope, but then started spotting on CD 25.

I am just so over it. I just really want to be pregnant

Has anyone experienced similar, am I just being too eager and impatient? Or should I be heading back to my GP for advice?

It took almost nine weeks for things to get back to normal for me. You might just need to be patient a little longer. Of course see ur gp if ur worried.

Hi Mrs mac Mine has taken two months to start to form a normal cycle . It can be very frustrating .. Bit definatly check with your doctor if ur concerned .. Last month I was getting a period for four days then four days off which happened like three times .

OP, from what I have read everyone is different - my body is still not back to normal (my m/c was in October).

I have found temping a really useful way of seeing where I am at (using Fertility Friend). If you are worried, though, no harm in seeing your GP/calling you OB etc. I understand how frustrating it is.

Did you 'try' this month around CD16? Your spotting could be implantation bleeding? I don't want to get your hopes up, but it might be a possibility?

Sorry you are going through this - I know the feeling of just wanting to be pregnant already. There is a great TTC#1 after miscarriage forum that is full of love and support so feel free to join us.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss

Did you have regular cycles before the misscarriage? I also had a misscarriage the month before I fell pregnant with this baby (also at 5 weeks). My cycle went back to normal straight away (& we fell pregnant). I think t this point I'd be talking with your gp. Just wanted to give you some hope that all will go back I normal & yor next pregnancy will most likely be healthy & sticky

Thanks everyone for your advice.

I actually saw my GP yesterday. She seems to think that things are slowly getting back on track. I'm to go back and see her again if spotting returns its ugly head now that my period has ended

I have also seen a naturopath who has given me some herbal supplements and some awesomely healthy recipes. Who knows if it will help with TTC, but at least I feel like I am doing something positive!

It's nice to know I'm not alone and others have gone through similar experiences. Thanks again
