Spoke with Ob he said zyrtec and telfast are fine but went to the chemist and wanted the pharmacist to check they are category B so he gave me Polaramine which is category A just wanted to hear from anyone that has taken Polaramine in pregnancy and has it helped???

I took it once or twice but it knocked me out. I stopped taking it because I'd fall asleep which was dangerous at times.

My OB didn't recommend anything else while pregnant so I ended up just ended up using a saline nasal spray

I took Polaramine when pregnant with DS2 and it kept me awake for days at a time. My doctor said Telfast was fine so I ended up taking that with no issues.

As bluenomi said some ppl can get very tired from it.I took it and I was fine but different ppl have different reactions to it.

I only use it if I am really bad and try to stick to using nasal sprays I find the chemist own nasal spray works for me.

Good luck

I have been taking it due to itchy rash and it was fine, although if was really itchy id only take 1/2 in the morning which helped itch stay off but if was home i would have 2 if needed or 1 at night

I used it and it also knocked me out! The chemist told me Rhinochort is fine and I used that in my first pregnancy and have used it this time without issues.

I took it this pregnancy, and yeah it made me very tired. I don't think it worked as well as Zyrtec either but my Dr and Chemists said it was all I was allowed :/
