I say cannot be chocolate only that a family member gets migraines from any form of chocolate.
I wanted to try something different to a basic vanilla cake....
Would love some ideas please original.gif

I've done an orange and poppy seed cake mix and it was the nicest fondant cake I've ever made. It was a number 1 cake covered with blue fondant.

Even white chocolate? Because this is delicious! just used it for my son's cake. Although the whole blog is great, so they might have another yummy recipe minus the choc....

I have done the Exclusively Food White chocolate cake too, and it is delicious! I make it into a rainbow swirl - divide into 6 portions and colour each one, then all into the baking tin.

The white chocolate cake sounds delicious but yes, she cant even have white chocolate. I think white chocolate is in fact worse for migraines that dark choc is....

I usually just do a butter cake which is pretty delicious but my SIL, who is quite the cake pro, does a mean white chocolate mud cake but as you said no choc you could try a red velvet cake but I guess this depend if it will go well with the decorating.
