I have a huge love, HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE love, for W H Auden. (Wystan Hugh) I am seriously considering it for a boy.
Talk me into, or out of it. |

How is it pronounced? Rhymes with Tristan? Or Why-Stan?

How do you pronounce it? At first glance I would say Wistan (short 'i' sound), but now I wonder if it should be Whystan?
I do like the name Winston though. |

There are a lot of nice boys names out there but this isn't one no matter how it's pronounced.

I loathe Winston...but then we're of scottish descent and were raised hearing Churchill being called all manner of negatives. This post has been edited by Dresden: 10/02/2013, 09:19 AM |
