Ohai everyone. My name is Laura Jane and I have been TTC with my hubby for just over 18 months now. I am currently on my first cycle of taking Vitex, and would love to hear from anyone who has experience with this herb. I have done so much research on baby making and motherhood, it's a little embarrassing. I am constantly wanting to know more and more. I find it quite hard to pinpoint my ovulation (I still have no clue when I do). I was taking my temperature for about 6 months and they were extremely erratic, never showing me anything. This may be a bit TMI wink.gif, but I never seem to get ewcm? I mainly only get white, creamy cm, it does get slipperier, but never egg white. I do get watery cm and a lot of the time when I check my cp, I only seem to get snotty looking stuff, if I get anything other than the creamy stuff. I am just so keen and ready to have a bub, as is hubby. I'm always here to chat, so feel free to send me a message. I do seem to babble on don't I? wink.gif
Blessed be and baby dust to all who are trying xo

Hey littlebean16,

I just signed up for EB today, Have been TTC for 2 years and 2 months now- I have endometriosis that was removed Nov last year- I am currently doing tracking and acupuncture and taking chinese herbs- I haven't ever heard of vitex though?

I have been blood tracking since last year (not sure how many cycles because mine have varied) but i have always been put on progesterone support at ODP10 but this month I have had really good progesterone levels on my own so no meds this month (yippee!) I have only started the herbs and acupuncture this month so i'm not sure if that is the reason behind this!

Hopefully this month sticks!! Our fertility specialist has suggested that IVF is probably our only chance but DH is a bit freaked out by the idea that it wouldn't be 'him' getting me pregnant... My fertility specialist has been so understanding and is happy for us to keep tracking until we are ready to try something else.

My really good friend who has been my TTC support buddy has just gotten a BFP (she was meant to start IVF this week!!) I'm so so happy for her- they had been trying for a really long time and both had fertility issues so there is hope out there for everyone!!

sending out lots of baby vibes!!

Hi original.gif

Welcome to Essential Baby.

If you need general information to get to know the site feel free to check out the Site Information for more details on things such as:

* Abbreviations (I would print a copy out)
* Teach you how to make a signature
* Directs you to areas of specific interest to you via a few
questions including the Trying to Conceive where you can meet
other members who are on the same journey as you are. Have a look at the TTC Buddy Group and say hi as it is a really good place to make new friends to share the journey with.

All the best of wishes for your TTC journey and please let me know if I can assist you with anything on the site.

Regards

Ali
