Hi, please forgive my spelling and grammar in advance, I am on my back trying to use my laptop while in great pain. My lower back and even my hips.

last month I had two lots of O pain and a chemical pregnancy, this month normal cycle pretty clear once only O pain on evening of cycle day 13, ewcm that day, DTD am next day. I am at day 21 of a 28/29 day cycle, day 18 started to get tight lower back, went to chiro day 19, seemed not to bad, day 20 pain increasing a bit, today I am in agony if I sit or stand, if I lie flat on my back it is manageable, I used mid day urine for a HPT cheap first response, seems to be a super faint line when compared with a negative one.

I 1st put backpain down to learning to drive my new manual car as the seats dont have lumbar support like the old car and I tense a bit going through gears

now Im worried it might be and ectopic pregnancy, Ive been googling and it says even if it is at this early time it wont be seen on an ultrasound.

I took panadol this morning, did nothing, took advil about an hour ago, doesnt seem to have done anything, I am misable so are the kids,we missed a birthday party and a trip to a awesome play ground and I have so much to do,this pain is making me crabby and short tempered and sad.

any advice?

Kidney infection?
Honestly, if possible and it's that bad, go to the hospital or a GP and get it checked out.
Any bleeding with the pain? Pain when urinating?

no bleeding, no urination pain, no tummy cramps unless I need to pass wind :s regular movements, feeling almost out of breath like the pain is hard work, a bit ill feeling every so often

The thought of sitting in a hospital room for an hour makes me feel ill too

It could be many things. You really need to seek medical advice if that pain is that severe. At least call Health Direct on 1800 022 22, they can triage you. Good luck

its seeming to be manageable if I just stay on my back, kids seem happy at least, running around like crazy little weirdos lol

It doesn't sound like an ectopic but you do sound bad enough to warrant a locus call out or something, even just for pain relief.

You could have a cyst on your ovary - I have had it once and it was very painful.

If the pain is that bad I do recommend seeing someone about it. It would be to early for that bad of pain if it was a EP though and it would only just be implanting and the pain comes from when it grows to big to fit in the tube anymore - anywhere from 5-7 weeks - one week after ovulating you would only be 3 weeks.

Thanks ladies, it still real bad today, didnt feel to bad on waking, got the kids breakfast walked around a bit and now the pain is bad even just trying to lie back down and its in my hips too,time to go to , just not sure if I should go to the hospital or a gp?

Just go to the hospital as the GP will only order a U/S which can be done at the hospital - this way you can have all bloods done, U/S done and everything taken care of in one day - plus get pain killers given by going straight to the ED.
