I have just purchased a Baby Jogger City Elite Pram/Stroller (second hand). I am now looking into getting either a bassinet for the pram or a car capsule that clicks onto the pram so I have something comfy for the newborn to lay in.
Are my only options from the Baby Jogger City Elite range or can I use another brand?? (I'm getting it second hand so I'm limited and I need to know if other brands of bassinets or car capsules will be compatible with my pram). For example people are selling a Steelcraft Cruiser Bassinet and Car Capsule... would either of those things attach to my pram? Someone else is selling a Mountain Buggy Swift Bassinet. Would the work? The prams are a similar size so it would fit, but are there specific clips or something on the Mountain Buggy Pram that I wouldn't have? Can you just sit bassinets in prams or do they need to be clipped somehow? From what I understood about the car capsules, as long as you buy an adapter it will clip onto ANY pram? Is that right? Does that apply to the Steelcraft Car Capsules? Sorry for all the stupid questions, I'm new to this and so confused! Thanks in advance for any advice, I'd really appreciate help with this. |
