We feel like we need to take a long weekend away from Sydney, but are uninspired when it comes to where to go. Travelling with a 3 year old and 18 month old so would probably only want to drive 3-4 hours max.

Anyone have any suggestions of areas or great accomodation?

We did Kiama last year (without kids) but there are plenty of places around there that were kid friendly. Otherwise any beach location up or down the coast if you normally aren't beachside original.gif Great for kidlets!

Check out the caravan park at Umina Beach. I haven't been myself but have heard great things about it, and only an hour or so out of Sydney.

To victory, it feels unfamiliar but it tastes like chicken
Umina is great, as is Pearl Beach just around the corner.
