And provider?
Ours is CBA 5.63% Thinking of threatening to switch (Ubank 5.12%) and wondering what the current rates around are, and if anyone has gotten a better deal with their bank lately. |

5.63 with the CBA too.

Currently 5.49% variable with ANZ breakfree. It does have a fee of $395 per year but that's it.
I had my broker negotiate that for me, and I do have two mortgages with them which helped |

We switched to UBank last year, can't fault them and still haven't found a better deal. Very happy

5.94 with CBA. We just came off our 'honeymoon rate'. Talking to our broker about seeing where we could do better is on our to do list this month.

5.52% fixed with suncorp . $10 month/fee can't remember if there is a yearly one.
