My husband and I are having our first child and have come up with a tentative girls and boys name and would like some opinions. If you have these names, like them, don't like them, and why would be great, Thanks.

Boy - Zeb
Girl - Skyla

Mrs
I'm not keen on Zebh, Zeb is better but only as a n/n, doesn't really go with the surname eg Zebediah, Zebedee, Zebulon

prefer the spelling Skyla - sorry not fussed on this name, and it doesn't really go with the surname

Bella would be pretty as a nn to a first name of Isabella, Arabella, Annabella

others

Marabella
Corabella
Kristabella
Mariabella
Maybella
Rosabella
Sabella
Sybella
Clarabella
Christabella

and you could use the mn Skye

I take it that Brees is your surname.
In which case Zebh Brees sounds pretty much like zebras to me, can you live with that?
And is there a reason for the (apparently superfluous) h on the end of Zeb? I suspect that you boy will spend a lifetime cursing you for making him spell what should be a simple name every single time (trust me, it gets annoying!).

Honestly, nether of these are names that I would choose or use, but at the end of the day it's entirely your choice.

Mum to two boys!! :O
I like your girls name. original.gif

Boys' name - I'd go with Zeb short for Zebediah or something, not on its now. Its cute for a boy but a grown man introducing himself as Zeb (think job interviews etc) is a little odd to me. The Zeb Brees / Zebras is an issue though. Also the bs run together so it sounds like you are saying Zeb Rees. What about Zen?

If you really must use Zeb then I think you should drop the h at the end. It serves no purpose.

I am really not a fan of Hunter but as a middle name it works ok.

Sorry OP, I really dislike both first names and both middle names a lot. ph34r.gif

The middle names are significantly better than the first names though.

Not my style, sorry. Skylah Brees sounds too much like the elements to me and Zebh Brees doesn't flow well.

I think you need 3 syllable full names to go with Brees and not ening in 'b'.

I wouldn't put anything with Sky in it with the surname either.
