Hello everyone,
I am in wk12 3 days now and have been hit by really bad morning sickness. I have not been able to keep anything in my stomach and am throwing up all day. Is there anyone who is experiencing the same. I was thinking this should get better now rather than worse since i jst completed wk12.
Cheers..

Hi.
Saw your post earlier and came back to reply
All pregnancies are different. With my DS, I had very bad MS. Threw up 6-11 times a day for nearly 8.5 months. With DD1, threw up only 2-3 times a day for 5 months. With DD2, only threw up a few times, but dry wretched a lot, and severe nausea and exhaustion, for almost 7 months, then got spd.
Sometimes, some women magically wake up one day with no symptoms....at the end of the periods I said above, that was the feeling I got. Hope it's an early magical experience for you

Thanks a lot for your replies. Have my Ob's appointment today and will ask him if i should take maxalon. I was able to survive through earlier weeks where i jst to do blah blah once in 2 days or so, but from this week(wk13), it has been worse.
On the good side, we had our scan yesterday and it came good. Lovely to see the baby growing. Also, the down syndrome report came which was indicated low for me...Thank God! We will be asking more questions from my Ob today.
Hope everyone is doing good..Will send an update soon.

I was taking Maxalon on and off then got really sick about week 10/11 and had zofran prescribed. Now I have good days and horrid days. I just take half a zofran if I feel revolting. For the PP who was sick for months on end I've no idea how you did it. Good luck!

It was really really hard with the first - was working FT, and it was awful as had to excuse myself during client meetings, and sometimes there wasn't even a toilet close by! Worked PT with baby #2 so less stressful. No. 3 wasn't working but had A LOT of help from family with childcare. But you survive...it's only about 9 months of feeling like death LOL

I thought it was just me... which logically I knew it wasn't but sometimes it feels that way. I knew from a few days after conception that I was pregnant because I felt "off". That feeling increased until I was about 4 weeks pregnant and I was suffering badly.
Did anyone else have / has a mouth that won't stop salivating? That is making it harder for me to keep anything down. Plus when I eat, the taste of what I've eaten becomes horrible in my mouth just a short time later, making me feel sick. I have been brushing my teeth (despite the difficulties associated with that) and chewing gum or having mints, but as soon as I stop those, or shortly after brushing, the taste comes back again. Argh!
I am now 13 weeks and I'm still feeling yuck. Have a LOT of sympathy for you - it feels like it's never going to end! :'(
