sanity is over-rated
any form of massage... i love being all forms of it... from the soft gentle rub, to the scratch, to the deep tissue one...

My foot spa. Oh how my mother derided me when I got it - "Your father had one for years and only used it twice!!" I use mine every night at the moment and it just... Mmmmm,.
