The genitalia area of boys and girls at 12weeks looks almost identical therefore guessing can be wildly inaccurate. So remember its only a 50% chance that the baby is infact a boy. At 17-20 weeks you should have a much better idea

If a cat doesn't like you, then what's wrong with you?
I can't see any nub in that shot so can't make a guess, sorry.
