Ok, so DH and I are off on Wednesday for 8 nights in Hawaii
Wanting to load up,our kindles/iPads for great holiday reads! We both read a bit day to day but tend to divulge many more books when we're away Neither of us have anything currently on our "must read" lists so turning to EB for help! Me: I like, Nikki French, Jodi Picoult and true crime autobiographies. In the past I've read the Jaycee Dugard and Natasha Kampusch memoirs, along with Madeleine McCann novel, also read some trash like V.C Andrews and the hunger games. Could never get into Twilight but enjoy crime/suspense but no chick lit. DH: he loves Nick Hornby and Ben Elton stuff, he also likes novels about finance and world economics and politics. Any recommendations appreciated |

Try Matthew Reilly. I don't know too many people who haven't enjoyed his stories while they are on a holiday |

Jonathan Tropper is pretty good and I think he would appeal to both of you. Also Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn if you have not read it yet.
I love Marian Keyes, JoJo Moyes and Dorothy Koomson but they probably appeal more to women. Have fun! I was in Hawaii recently and LOVED it! |

Elizabeth Haynes is great (psychological thrillers). I really enjoyed Jojo Moyses Me Before You and M L Steadman Light Between the Ocean........both require tissues. Gone Girl is good, so to is Before I Go to Sleep.
Have a great holiday |
