DH and I are having the hardest time ever finding a name for our 4th girl.
We've gone off Ivy as we are surrounded by baby Ivys and have been swinging between Willow and Willa.
I just love the name Mila, pronounced Mee-lah but not Mil-lah as much as we have a good friend with a baby boy Miller... it would seem a bit weird and I just prefer Meela anyway.
We would pronounce it Meela but wouldn't want to be corrcting everyone for the rest of her life.

My-la, like Milo with an a

For ds our girls name was Milla, pronounced Mill-a

Eta can you just use Meela if that gets your desired pronunciation?

Mill la - if you want it pronounced Meela then you might have to spell it differently as I think Mila is becoming quite popular and I think most people pronounce it the way I do (I take my pronounciation from the actress Mila Jovovich).

ETA oh, looking at the other responses, clearly I was wrong in my assumption of it's prounciation! Oh well, it won't be the last time...

I agree that Mee-la is correct, but you'll probably get a lot of Mill-ah. A friend with a Mila tells people it rhymes with tequila to get the desired pronounciation.
