I have a 7 year old son who seems very emotional lately, he has lots of trouble getting to sleep at night which may be part of the problem.
I am hoping someone might be able to recommend some relaxation type music I could get from itunes that is suitable for kids especially? I would be grateful for any advice. |

QUOTE (feliz6 @ 03/02/2013, 09:34 PM) 15298170[/url]'] Its not music but dino snores might help. Try googling it. This looks great, thanks! I have a 6yo DD who has always struggled with getting to sleep. I'm going to try either the fairy or mermaid one for her. |

We use a meditation cd for our 9 yo but have been using it for at least 18 mths. Is also available as an app now.
Enchanted meditations for kids by divinity publishing, she has quite a few. It's been wonderful and it really helps him calm his mind and sleep. He's usually asleep in 15 minutes before the cd it was sometimes and hour or more |

We use an adult mediation for DD. We found that the one's for children were too stimulating for her wild imagination!
We've found it to be a great tool for aiding sleep. |
