I have vomited my way through my last 3 pregnancies. We were hoping to time this pregnancy for before school started for that reason. And we were successful in that, I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. But the vomiting has never started. And it's disconcerting!!! Everyone is telling me "oooh maybe it's girls this time" which would of course be awesome but after 4 boys I'm not holding my breath. And really, our own sporting team would be pretty cool right?

So tell me, what were your symptoms like from pregnancy to pregnancy? Always the same or did your body mix it up?

I puked my butthole out with the first 3, all boys, then the susequent 3, never puked at all, all girls. I either got used to the hormones and they didn't effect me anymore, or I just don't tolerate boys as much. This time around I feel slightly nauseaus if I don't eat regularly, but otherwise feel ok, apart from being soooo tired.

I don't belong here, but I was really sick for my pregnancy with DS and this time have had mild nausea but nothing unmanageable and it stopped by 9 weeks. Apparently this one s a girl.

I only "just" sneak through as a LF, well actually I don't yet. Let's call me a LF in the making.

#1 on and off nausea, not too bad, was still able to work - girl

#2 puked my guts up, dry retching constantly - ended in Missed m/c @12 weeks

#3 no m/s, only a tiny tummy churn if I was really hungry, worked all through, hardly even tired, I even rang my dr because I had no symptoms! - Girl

#4 constant nausea, no puking, felt pretty awful though - girl

#5 so far nausea that wont go away, feel really crook every now and then but still functioning! - I'll tell you what it is in September.

I have 3 Boys and 2 Girls.
When pregnant with my Boys I was perfectly fine. Pregnancies with the girls... I. spewed. my. ringhole. up. every. single. day.

Multiple times daily actually. it was horriffic! LOL thats why when I had my last one and I wasn't sick at all I could tell the ultrasound tech that he was a boy before he even put the wand on my stomach!

This is really embarrassing...I've never had it with any other pregnancy. I Smell funny. Even if I've had a shower a couple hours before hand, I can smell myself. :/

I have 3 boys & with
# 1 (1st husband) - DS 1 - just a wee bit of feeling sick, dont think I ever actually was, prob lasted only a few weeks
#2 (2nd husband) -DS 2 - felt so sick, on the couch for days!! Carried differently & so convinced myself it was a little girl .. but no
#3 - late miscarriage, another wee boy - but felt well & good all the way until 26 weeks
#4 - saw an OB for this one, wasnt allowed to have scan for sex - but was almost identical to last 2 pregnancies (not sick that I can remember) & DS3 arrived.

another who doesn't belong here, but i'll share my experience anyways

DS- spewed my guts up for the first 3/4 months. day and night. ALL day and night.

DD1 - had nausea, vomited, but that was purely because I produced a lot of extra phlegm (mmm) during pregnancy with her and the feeling of that in my throat made me vomit - not the actual MS.

DD2 - same as DD1

My pregnancies have all been different but it hasn't been consistent between boys/girls so no help at all with picking the sex!

5 pregnancies for me - b,b,g,b,b .... all exactly the same. Severe MS till about 20 weeks. Then the daily nausea and occasional vomiting comes back at about 32 weeks.

Congrats though! I hope it stays away
