Assuming our gender scan was correct (looked pretty obvious to me
 ), we have boy #4 on the way. Morph scan next Friday will hopefully confirm!Pretty sure his first name will start with B, our surname starts with W. The middle name I like starts with M - but I can't stop thinking that I'm naming my son after a car! Would you go with BMW? Does it really matter? Would appreciate your thoughts! |

If you really love the name combo use it! I wouldn't but I dislike BMWs!
We actually changed the order when DS was born as his initials would have been HAM! |

If you line the names, go for it. Most kids at school likely won't know his middle name anyway. If it was something like PMS or STD or HPV or whatever I'd avoid it, but BMW is pretty innocuous.

I don't think it's a problem.
At least it's a classy type of car. I would hesitate if it was Falcon or Commodore model though, lol. |

If there was another name I liked equally, I'd maybe consider swapping the M name out. But it's quirky and like PPs said, nothing hideous like HOG or PIG. He might even earn himself the nn Beamer!

As self confessed bogans, DH and I chose initials before we chose names. Our 3 little girls are STIG, MSG and ECG. Go for it.

Not a problem - occasionally someone may notice and say 'hey bmw, like the car" but it's not like it's anything funny or rude so I don't think there's an issue at all.
