Spotting instead of AF, Still no proper AF

I've had spotting now for 4 days, watery red, pink etc that comes and goes but is scant. I'm 14dpo today after a cancelled ivf cycle that we have ttc naturally but had the trigger and pregnyl in 2ww. I usually have a 10 day luteal phase and this cycle I had af like cramps on 9 and 10 dpo as if my period was starting but it just hasn't kicked in. I've had an ectopic a couple of years ago but for that I had a proper AF and then started spotting a week after it. I'm having very mild cramps and a bit of left side cramps but I know it would be too early for any sign of ectopic pain as yet. I did a hpt yesterday 13dpo and was negative and I don't have any pregnancy symptoms at all so not sure what to think. The clinic wants me in for bloods on Monday but just wondering if anyone has had similar? I really don't think I'm pregnant so not sure what to think. Nothing is ever straight forward with ttc and me!!!
