Here is the link Feb Challenge for this months challenge.
We are happy for anyone to join as long as you let us know who you are on here when you do. It is the same as last month most calories burned in all sports. For those who don't know Endomondo is an exercise/fitness tracking website/app. If you have a smart phone you can download the app for free and every time you go for a walk/run/hike (they have a lot of categories spin/boxing/etc) you start the workout and it tracks your distance/speed/pace/calories burned and once complete you can see all the totals. I have just joined, I am starbellied on MFP. I have never used Endomondo before, so I need to learn how to use it.
Stupid question - if you add exercise, how do you add calories burned (so if you do a gym session, how do you add calories? This post has been edited by CupOfCoffee: 01/02/2013, 08:10 PM |

It will have a calorie burn based on the duration of the particular exercise and your height and weight and age.

Today did more than normal for exercise.
For the challenge it only seems to record my calories when it is exercise where I follow a route (so today I went for a walk and it recorded those calories, but not my gym calories). My goal is 10,000 calories for February. |
