I was looking at this in the supermarket, and even though I haven't read Cleo in about 20 years from the front the dress looked pretty good. The picture of the back though made it look like the arm holes go down to the waist?!
Has anyone bought it, is it worth the $8.95? Is it wearable? Thanks:) |

LOL, I had no idea either. The magazine is that much and the dress is "free" with it.

Yes the armholes go down that far. DD13 wears it over her swimmers, or a singlet.

I've got it, the arm holes do go down to your waist pretty much haha...but i am very short so that doesn't help!
Obviously being short i didn't find it very wearable but if you were quite tall then i think as a throw-over for the beach or something it'd be fine
