I have quite a few rolls of wrapping paper and I'm sick of them falling out of the cupboard everytime I open it - I can only store them standing up due to not much room.
So how do you store your wrapping paper? I thought perhaps I could buy some kind of bag to store them in but not finding much online. I want to spend as little money as possible. Any suggestions? This post has been edited by belinda1976: 30/01/2013, 10:55 AM |

I bought two gift wrap organiser bags in the post Christmas sales two years ago. One has Christmas wrapping in it and is stored in the attic and the other has general/birthday wrapping paper etc. in it and is living under our bed at the moment. Like this:

I'm not great at explaining so I hope the following make sense...
Or if you have the room and don't mind (can) put a couple of hooks in (assuming you have a shelf or the floor)

I use an old dress bag. Shoved them in there with the dress one day in the wardrobe when i needed to hide the wrapping paper (was evidence), dress is long gone, and now its its permanent storage spot.

Do you have any space under your bed. I have mine stored in an underbed storage container.

Not quite storage but I put mine through a toilet paper roll to stop them unravelling.

For rolls of wrapping paper, I just use an old bin like this, but without the lid. It just sits on the bottom of the linen closet. (in previous house with a small linen cupboard, it used to be in a corner in the laundry) For flat/folded wrapping paper, they are stored in an old pillowcase and slid down the side of the wrapping paper bin.
