Has anyone done this for the 30 days? Did you tone up and/ or lose weight?

No but I Di have the DVD sitting in my book case, unopened and really should do it! I have heard that people get great results.

I haven't done it for the full 30 days, but I do the workout from time to time and find it pretty exerting for a 20 minute session.

When I was doing it more regularly (maybe 3 times a week) I noticed more definition in my arms. I was also watching my diet and doing a variety of other exercise in addition to 30DS, and lost 23kg in that period.

I did it for the full 30 days didn't lose any weight on the scales possibly lost a little bit on measurements forgot to measure!) particularly legs too bad my tummy is where all my weight is held. I felt a bit fitter by the end.

That said I only have 5kg to lose and am moderatley active depending on your starting point you might get better results.

So nothing like the extreme before and after pics on the web but I wouldn't say it is useless either it's a nice short workout. I'll probably try another round soon.

I just got it and have done it once so far, unfortunately not finding the time with DD but I'm hoping to give it another go when she's six weeks.

I thought it was great and challenging but achievable.
