So I'm going off my girls name choice. I don't know why and after all the drama you'd think I would be set but no.

Bub should be here in 5 wks so I'm in no rush but I'm brain dead and can't think of anything so I'm turning to you the name experts.

Our first choice was Ariana, didn't have a middle name picked out. Others on the list are:

Annalise
Violet
Gabriella
Sasha
Abigail

If it's a boy he will be Felix Robert. Sibling names are Cooper, Lucas and Jackson.

DP and I have very different taste in names. I like things like Aurora, Emmeline, Addison etc and he likes the above names, nothing else. When he suggests names it seems to be more traditional names.

I think I'm going off Ariana even though I love it because when I picked cooper and Lucas they weren't popular, then I named them and the names popped. I don't want that to happen again. I don't want a common name, I want something a little different so there aren't a million of them at school.

DP picked Jackson despite me telling him how common it was. I still love the name, I'd have picked something else due to its popularity though.

Thank you for your suggestions.

ETA: I've gone through the last 26 pages of girl name posts and haven't found anything we agree on.

Those are a little too unusual for either of our liking. I always feel rude saying I'm not a fan of someone's suggestions.

Arielle and Adeline I like but DP vetoed.

Ange - that seems more in the right direction. Those names I like but don't love like the ones already on the list.

Actually I do like Esther enough to be on the list but I'm pretty sure DP will veto it.

I like all the names on your list but I love Annalise and Violet. Would either of you consider Genevieve?

Love Genevieve, he doesn't. I also have no idea what you would use as a nickname.
