I was sooooo sure it was a girl; mothers intuition, in 2 of my previous ultrasounds there was clearly the "three lines that girls are known to have, on top of that throught my whole pregnancy ive had severe morning sickness.. Someone give me an opinion . |

Hi OP,
You might struggle to get replies as this is an Australian site, so most members are in Australia :-) FWIW, most places won't do gender scans here before 16 weeks as boys and girls can still look very similar (even with a bulge between the legs I believe). Also, I was like you and swore that we were having a girl. 4 ultrasounds have very much confirmed a boy! ( first one was as 17.5 weeks though...) Good luck |

Are you asking whether to listen to your intuition or the scan?
Both can be wrong... scans probably have a better success rate though... |

I "knew" this one was a boy. She isn't. "Mothers instinct" isn't always correct. |

I was sure I was having a boy. My whole family were. I had no morning sickness at all. And it's a girl.
I don't think any of those wives tales are accurate in predicting gender. |
