I am pregnant with number 3 and have been tossing Rosemary around since DD2's pregnancy. I love it, it is the top of my list and DH loves it too, but it is second on his list.

WDYT of Rosemary?

Our other girls are Madeleine Joan and Eleanor Josephine. Do you think it goes nicely with my daughters names?
They get Maddie and Ellie, so I thought Rosie went quite well for nicknames!

Middle name is looking like it could possibly be Patricia.

Thanks! original.gif

Sorry OP don't like Rosemary but love Rosie

If the baby is a girl when born and you plan on calling her Rosie all the time why not just make that her name?

She won't be just called Rosie, that will be her nickname. Plus, I like having a longer, more formal name for the girls to choose what they want to be called when they are older.
All of my girls get called by their formal names every day, as well as their nicknames and baby names that have sprouted up over time.

We loved Rose, as a full name, but our surname starts with S so it just runs into it and sounds horrible.

I really love it OP, it's really beautiful.

I'm curious as to what your DHs first pick is?

I prefer Rosamund or Rosalie but Rosemary is ok too. They all go well with your other daughter's names.
