i use either a shecup or a lunette and love it. Honestly i can't see myself going back to conventional products ever (i also use cloth pads)

I have a different brand and I've used it for a few cycles now. I like it, I like not having to buy new products for every month. Mine was about $20 shipped so it doesn't take too long to be cost effective.

I have a Lunette cup and love it! Been using it for about 6 or so months and I'll never go back to tampons or pads.

I'd suggest wearing at least a liner for a bit until you get used to it - making sure you know how to tell if it is in properly etc. I had a bad time with the stem the first time around and it stabbed me a bit so now I've got it trimmed right down. |

I have been using one for the past four years. I would never go back to P&Ts. I have converted a few friends by buying them as b'day presents.
