I am doing some entertaining and having friends with kids over for lunch x3 seperate dates
Have actually been doing a bit of entertaining lately and I am rather sick of BBQ Please offer me some suggestions of what you would offer me if I was coming over to your place for lunch? I don't want to do DIY rolls or quiche I was thinking maybe a roast with apple crumble for one time any other suggestions????? TIA |

Baked potatoes where everyone gets to dress their own.
Lasagne. A mexican meal, where again people can put together their own (such as burritos etc served with mexican rice or the like). Indian style mini banquet. |

If you roast lamb, serve it up with pita bread, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, diced cucumber, tzatziki or hommous dip - DIY souvlaki!
