I need colour help....... desperately......

I am thinking of my new kitchen cabinets being 'hogbristle' gloss in colour.

I have light similar coloured polished porcelain tiles and I am thinking of a white paint in the family/dining/kitchen area such as 'natural white'.

Kitchen benchtop will be 'ivory fantasy' granite which is an ivory/silver/black speckled granite.

Does this go? Or is it ugly??

Any suggestions for splashback colours??

Sounds nice, very neutral though.

Our walls are Hog Bristle, the trim is Hog Bristle quarter strength, which looks like a "natural" white. The floors are high gloss large oatmeal coloured tiles and the cabinetry in the kitchen is white gloss with Kalamunda Stone laminate (Polytec brand) benches. That's like a mushroom/pink flecked with charcoal/white/cream granite look.
Our splashback is gloss tiles in a Hog Bristle type of colour but about 3 shades darker.

We've just bought a black leather lounge (our living area is large and open) and I'm thinking to keep the whole space from being too neutral, I'll buy some cushions in some sort of accent colour, maybe the mushroom pink of the benchtops. And try and find a way of introducing more colour, maybe in the way of art or lamps.

I think white kitchen cupboards would match your bench top better. If you want more colour you could use hogs bristle for the walls or lexicon, which is a blueish white.

I think it's more important to get the bench tops and cupboards matching because you can easily re-paint your walls and you might want to change the colour of them one day anyway.
