Im 9dpo (natural try after cancelled ivf cycle) and have had 2 pregnyl shots-1500 dose, 1 at 2dpo and the other at 6dpo and i also had an Ovidrel trigger. I was just wondering what the general consensus was as I usually start spotting by 8 or 9 dpo and have a 10 day LP.
Has it lengthened you luteal phase if you havent been pregnant? ...going a tad mad in this 2ww |

After a full drug cycle, I usually have Pregnyl 1500 on days 3, 6 and 9 after collection. Under usual circumstances (non-IVF cycle), I have a 7 day lutual phase. With Pregnyl, it's 14 days.
I've just had my first FET (natural cycle), and am taking Pregnyl on days 4, 7 and 10 after ovulation was detected (by blood test and ultrasound). My FS said this is will mean it's a pretty similar scenario to previous cycles, so should make it about 14 days also. I'm on day 4 after transfer, so 9dpo ... am hoping that I won't need to worry about when AF arrives! I hope we both get our BFPs. xxx |
