Hey guys..or ladies I should say! I've just joined as I've found most of my questions have been answered through this forum about my current IVF cycle. This is my first ever so it's all a bit overwhelming which I'm sure you can all relate for those who are in the same boat. I'm 24 and my partner is 31. Just over a year ago we found out he had no sperm production but we now have only between 10-14 days before he goes under the knife to have an open biopsy at the same time I have my EPU. It's been pretty intense this whole process but I just hope that my being as young as I am that it all works first time around. I started puregon injections yesterday 150 a dose and have continued synarel nasal spray until advised. It's just crazy that until I had my AMH levels tested I had no idea that it was quite low for my age. It's 6.9 but I've never tried for a baby so would never know if it was an issue. My FS seems to think ill be fine NOW but had we have tried to have a baby 3 years down the track like we planned then the chances would be less than 50%. So we have had to rush everything a little in order to give us a chance to have a baby with his sperm and my eggs. I'm all for it and our lives will adjust if we get a pregnancy from this good luck to all of you going through the same.
