I have a piece of leftover cooked roast beef. (Easily enough for four people).
Can anyone suggest ideas what I could make for dinner with the beef? I don't particularly want a salad - we had a lamb salad last night. I was thinking maybe a shepherd's pie but, the weather's a bit warm for a hot dinner. Has anyone got any great ideas they would be willing to share? TIA |

Make a Thai beef salad.
That works just as well with cold cooked meat as hot. |

Oh yeah, and just for the record and if you do make it into a mashed potato topped pie (which is what I'd be doing as it isn't hot here today - hoorah!)
It is a cottage pie not a shepherd's pie... shepherd's pie's are lamb (unsurprisingly!). |
