It sounds very 'American' to me. For a boy I don't mind it. For a girls name it has nothing on Audrey.

It reminds me too much of Teen Mom. Not the worst name in the world, but not one of my favourites either. I much prefer Audrey.

ETA It's much better for a boy. Is it for a boy/ girl op?

OK as far as old men's names go. I am not keen on its recent appropriation for young girls at all. And especially when it gets prettied up to make it more girly.


If it's for a girl I agree Audrey is much, much nicer.
